Serikal Ya Odinga Dying Movement

Re: Reasons why ODM will not form the next government.

Reasons why ODM (Orange Democratic Party) will not succeed in the upcoming
general elections:

* The PM's office mismanages 97million donated by the World Bank,
destined for youth empowerment projects.

* The Ministry for immigration - a docket under ODM - refuses to issue
National Identification Cards to youth especially to Muslim youth (out right
discrimination against us).

* The ministry of youth is now being charged with the mismanagement of
1.3billion Kshs destined for youth projects and they in turn heaping the
blame on a youth body by the name of KUSCO? Minister Otuoma - can you please
tell us where our money has disappeared to as we are tired of our funds
being embezzled by ODM.

* Minister Nyongo and the NHIF CEO fraudulently channel 770 million
KSHS meant for the health cover of our citizens. A nation without a properly
working, healthcare system is as good as dead! Minister Ny'ongo claims that
he was not aware and he was only following the advice of his CEO - Mr.
Keritch? Please Mr. Minister, how can such an amount of money be mismanaged
under your watch? How can you claim non-cognizant of this unlawful act?
Please Mr. Minister, can you take the necessary political responsibility for
your actions and kindly step aside to allow for investigations to take
place. Parliament should pass a motion of 'no confidence' in your
leadership, if you can not detect such fraud then you are certainly not fit
to lead Kenyans and are therefore, incompetent! Live up to the expectations
of Kenyans and stop passing the back to your CEO. Raila should actually take
responsibility and order for your immediate sacking.

*Best performing minister recognized by the entire world to an extent of being nominated as the Chair of the United Nations world tourism organization is fired just because to settle political scores. Tourism numbers gone down, Charter flights have been cancelled and Virgin Atlantic cancels Kenya route Because former minister Najib Balala is no longer their to make them feel safe, Whereby the current minister of Tourism is still attending several home coming parties 3months after his appointment as minister.

*ODM MP and Suspected drug baron appointed as assistant minister of Transport by Raila A.Odinga in his share of the cabinet. This being a very crucial position to boast the business in order to get funds for his campaign

* Raila Odinga, stands in the media, in broad daylight to say that he
will not negotiate with the outlawed MRC (Mombasa Republican Council) as it
is an illegal entity. He then jets to Mombasa over the wknd and I think the
heat down there must have confused him coz today, ODM tables a motion in
parliament to open for 'negotiations ' with the same outlawed group after
Raila said that the Kenya Government will not engage in any negotiations
with them unless they claim they are Kenyans. He actually said that
government can not negotiate with Tanzanians or Ugandans, that these people
must first acknowledge their citizenship!!!! He then does the exact opposite
whilst in Mombasa this wknd? Where does the Prime Minister really stand, he
blows hot and cold all the time and he never has a firm stand. Is this the
kind of President he hopes to be? Who will elect him when he keeps changing
political waves by the minute? PM - Kua na msimamo tafadhali..

* ODM attempts to refute the County Commissioner posts which were
recently made by H.E.The President claiming that they were unconstitutional?
Anything President Kibaki does that is meant for the good of the country,
ODM will always attempt to shoot it down in parliament. Those appointments
were made in order to pave way for government devolution. As always, I am
certain that Raila was consulted but since it might not have suited his
political whims, he goes ahead to cry fowl in his usual style of 'no
consultations' were made! For how long Mr. PM will we continue to be taken
back to the repeated world of 'no consultations'? When will your side of
government (ODM) stop halting reforms in this country? Those are people in
employment, I believe that your side thrives in seeing people jobless,
suffering, begging, poor e.t.c BUT Mr. PM I can assure you that if you dare
shoot those appointments down, you shall be shooting yourself in the foot
this time around. If those appointments do not sail through, it will
unfortunately be to your detriment and not to your favor. Your advisors are
misguiding you. You are better off letting this one be - citizen television
tonight has got over 80% for those appointed to take office, why would you
wish to go against the voices of Kenyans? Fruit for thought - let them
stay..My 2cents advise but it will be worth it in the long run.

And with those few remarks - I rest my case for tonight. ODM is getting it
all wrong this time around - watachonga viazi come 2013.
